HOW BOUT THIS

The mandatory use of Teamspeak become mandatory and people start getting kicked if they dont use it or the forums.

I agree with Hapa and the use of TS3. Also I am becoming concern with the participation of the overall clan as of late. Particularly of the commanders. Recruitment has been dropping off and the few we have recruited as of late have very limited experience and very low tier tanks. I am concern that at the current rate it will be quite sometime before we can compete in clan wars which is the main reason I joined and was recruited by Scotty for. I would like to recommend Hapa be promoted to a Deputy Commander. I believe he has a good feel for the game and tends too lead platoons well for those on TS3. Also bc he would make a terrible diplomat (I.e. vendetta post on forums..lol jk) but seriously you might try counting to 10 bro lol. But a big reason is he seems to always be on, which I think that deputies/recruiters/field commanders should always be required to be on more than the soldiers, for recruitment and training purposes. Once you hold land u will to defend it quite often. You can ask anyone that has run with me in battles that I am most of the time in with tier 10s in pub matches and will be happy to recommend good players that I see with no clan tags to invite to our clan. But someone has to be on to send the invites. I am willing to help in anyway the clan needs me too help especially when it comes to growing, training, and progressing towards clan wars. XTRDragon.

Scotty or Omni need to get on and talk to our clan m8's. We may have an issue shortly if they do not....

It's not looking good...

Yeah chlorine I am too...and with killpoint doing what he did...I have decided to leave the clan at the end of this week due to lack of participation and progress.  There are great group of guys in the clan that I have enjoyed meeting...but I have always believe in not spending one second or taking 1 step heading in the wrong direction longer than I have to.  I join clans to to do clan activities and not just for the tag.  And its hard to get anything going when your clan is leaderless and only the same 4-6 people on teamspeak.  The inmates are running the asylum while still being locked in their cages.  Now please believe me, I am not trying to run a political campaign for change or tell anyone what to do (enough of that goes on in DC).  I just feel I need to move on if something dramatic doesn't happen by the end of the week.  Who knows maybe make a clan myself so I can stop complaining lol. But please anyone feel free to PM me or talk to me on TS3 about this anytime.  And I will add everyone to my friends list that I have been fortunate enough to game with in the past month.  XTRDragon.

Close to hanging it up too. I can grind tanks on my own and prolly join a clan that already has land......That being said...WHO GIVES A SHIT IF WE LOSE A CLAN BATTLE!!!!!!! The morale and comraderie you build just participating in them is worth more than gold. I didnt say shit before because I am personally worn out from military shit after 10 years of serving in it, but i resigned my commission as a captain because of shit like this. Everyone is so afraid of fucking failure that they do nothing and limit the people under them from doing anything(which may have a chance of making them look bad.) I say fuck all that! I got a bronze star in Iraq for putting my ass in the wind and giving my subordinates a voice in our plans and trying new/different shit, I didn't stay inside the wire because we weren't ready.(not that i had a choice...lol) This is a game, and no one wants to be part of a clan that does nothing! So lets pick up our dicks and go kick some mother fucking clan war ass or get ours kicked, but atleast we can say we tried. AND we will get better, AND someday we will bring the hurt to them. Now grind some tanks, PARTICIPATE in some clan wars, or watch your CLAN turn into a smoking ball of lazy fucking shit!!!!! (disclaimer: I am not reponsible for small children reading this, and if you were offended by my opinion.......I DON"T GIVE A FLYING FUCK because i earned mine)...............................not angry...........just trying to spark some change, and yes I AM aware of some of the upper echeleon bullshit drama going on, and maybe from now on the clan members vote on ALL positions of authority, not just appoint them! If they continue to be randonmly appointed show me the door NOW! nuff said
